1. Eligibility for Returns
  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

 
2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item(s).

Note: Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
